UX Researcher
Summary:
Dovenmuehle Mortgage, a leading sub-servicer of mortgage loans, is seeking a curious and detail oriented UX researcher to join our Lake Zurich office.
You will be working with our product and engineering teams tasked with architecting web applications to improve our set of services and strengthen our foundation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Observe and document user behavior and use these findings to affect product development Proactively turn open questions into formal research plans using appropriate methods to gain meaningful insights Identify opportunities for improving the product experience through user interviews and focus groups during the discovery phase Share research results with the engineering team to generate product objectives Conduct independent research, analyze behavior, and provide insights into current process workflow Job requirements:

years of experience conducting user research for software/web-based products Demonstrable understanding of core UX principles, including ability to create wireframes and mockups Empathetic and human-centric approach to analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to balance and interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback into design enhancements.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
