IT Security Access Control Analyst
ACCO Brands, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of almost $1.8 billion, is seeking a talented individual, who is looking for an opportunity to be part of our Global Information Technology organization on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The IT Security Access Control Analyst will have responsibility for maintaining access control for our SAP environment, as subject matter expert.
Job Responsibilities :
Designs security roles for the SAP R/3 and ECC6.0 environment
Responsible for day-to-day provisioning of internal and external user access requests
Maintains user access with the minimum level of access in order to perform job functions
Ensures separation of duties abided by ensuring that no one user can perform multiple roles resulting in excessive access and audit risk
Assures all internal access requests or approved equivalents are submitted via a central request process, verifying requests are reviewed and approved prior to completion
Responsible throughout the year to perform logical security reviews/audits, including communicating security risks, metrics, exceptions and recommendations to management
Partners within the IT organization to analyze requirements for security role modifications based on changing business requirements
Assumes ownership for IT General Controls in the areas of user access, provisioning and terminations
Participates in the development of security procedures, policies and SOP documentation for SAP application
Provides best practices guidance on all security-related tasks
Provides guidance and leadership in the areas of issue troubleshooting and resolutions
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices
Provides knowledge transfer and training for security support personnel
Participates in change management efforts related to SAP security modifications and transports
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree in business or related course of study, or equivalent work experience
At least three (3) to five (5) years experience with SAP security and maintenance in an R/3 environment
SAP and/or security-related industry certification is highly desired
Information Security Management experience would be a plus
Strong knowledge of SAP user and role administration, including authorization and segregation of duty reviews
Prior participation in an SAP implementation and/or upgrade
Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Visio)
Understanding of BIZRITES software is desired
IT General Control and SOX understanding is required
Excellent analytical skills
Demonstrates strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion with limited guidance, and within strict deadlines
Interface with a variety of customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner and take responsibility for customer satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to work with team members, as well as alone, always considering the customer experience in all endeavors
