We are currently in need of a responsible and conscientious individual to become our Full-Time, Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Brunswick Zone Deer Park located in Lake Zurich, IL. This position will be responsible for supervising the operations of bar/snack bar and/or restaurant, providing input to the General Manager on all food and beverage matters in the bowling center, maintaining a safe environment, and improving bottom line profitability through appropriate revenue management, along with handling regular bar/snack bar and/or restaurant duties. This position is a key position in the Centers food and beverage operation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Flexibility with work schedule
High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred.
Prior food and beverage guest service, bartender, drink preparation and food handling experience
Must have completed Serving Alcohol Responsibly training and be T.I.P.S. certified
Supervisory training and knowledge.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Full-Time, varied 40 hour shifts per week. Weekends and holiday availabilities are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
