Summary:
The Assembler position will assist in both medical device assembly and operating / troubleshooting the plastic injection molding machines.
This individual will focus primarily on the Molding machine operation, but may be called on to assist with the regular assembly process.

Responsibilities:
Produce components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision Follow in-line checks to verify work performed, utilize hand tools as required, such as calipers and rulers Perform in-line product testing on subassembly and finished products Operate equipment such as adhesive dispenser, UV cure, hot box, and tipping machines Identify defects and communicate defects to supervisor and/or engineer for the product through use of the reject log or direct communication Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Technical training or relevant experience preferred 2-5 years of medical device assembly experience Ability to troubleshoot basic electro-mechanical equipment to determine and correct issues Ability to read, listen to and follow directions in English Medical Murray is an equal-opportunity employer.
