Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Job
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the clinical staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Verifying patient dental insurance benefits.
Processing dental insurance claims Explaining insurance benefits to patients.
Presenting treatment plans to patients.
Processing payments and refunds.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Job Requirements:
At least one year of experience at the front desk of a dental office.
Knowledge of dental patient management software and systems.
Knowledge of Dental insurance claims processes and procedures.
Knowledge of treatment planning and case presentation.
Work Hours:
This position offers approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Salary and

This position offers $20-25 per hour, incentives and bonuses, based upon experience.
