Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting them with appointment scheduling Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Verifying insurance coverage and processing payments Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy of information Coordinating with dental staff to optimize patient flow and scheduling Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Eaglesoft Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to patients
