Hybrid ERP Business Analyst

Job Description Summary The ERP Analyst reports to the IT Director and is responsible for the overall administration, continuous improvement and operation of all ERP and EDI Software functions.
This position will be the Plex System Champion that is responsible for all aspects of the Plex Application Software.
Job responsibilities include business process optimization, and development of new and existing system functions.
This position must have a strong working knowledge of SQL programing and database structures, can learn new technologies and concepts, and have a working knowledge of networking concepts.
Duties and Responsibilities ERP System Responsible for the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and performance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SQL Systems Recommends system software upgrades and operational changes as needed.
Performs Analysis, Design, Programming and Implementation of Enhancements to the ERP and SQL systems.
Analyzes, diagnoses, resolves, and reports on application system problems and ensures effective problem determination and resolution.
Recommends enhancements third party products to improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems.
Performs configuration, change management and systems testing activities as required.
Follows adequate change control, and operating system standards and procedures, to meet department and organizational service levels.
Creates and maintains ERP systems level security profiles, roles, and permission lists.
Creates project plans, which include definition, scope, resources, and schedules.
Creates and modifies procedures to solve complex user problems to achieve desired results.
Maintains documentation and procedures relevant to the department and its operation.
Develop a personal plan (yearly) for continuing education.
Follow ISO/IATF, safety, and environmental procedures as well as department and corporate policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities EDI System Analyzes EDI needs, configuration, testing, debugging, documentation, modification and implementation of EDI processes (EDI is a strong plus in this role) Configures, tests, and supports all mapping documents Develops and maintains communication links with trading partners and oversees integration of information Remains current regarding EDI and internet field technological developments Maintains documentation on procedures and processes Ability to implement and troubleshoot system changes and modifications Maintains systems by identifying and correcting software defects Assisting in creating technical specifications and test plans as requested Working closely with internal staff such as customer service staff, operations staff, business administrative staff, etc.
to develop and test EDI systems Authority None Job Knowledge Thorough knowledge of ERP and SQL concept (EDI is a big plus) Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging concepts Thorough knowledge of Database Structures.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiar with manufacturing environments with regards to the interaction with the ERP system.
Understanding of Customer Order processing and Financial AR EDI processes Exceptional communication skills, a good listener and skilled at constructively facilitating dialogues to a satisfactory conclusion.
Excellent problem identification and problem-solving skills Creative problem-solving required to design a system that meets company requirements Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed Abilities Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to operate computers and related hardware and train users in their use.
Ability to plan, implement, and manage IT projects relative to the Department and its operation.
Ability to follow organizational procedures, policies, and standards.
Ability to us a ticket tracking application to manage user requests hours.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work within a limited structured environment.
Ability to translate functional requirements into business solutions using SQL.
Able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Should be self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision Performs other duties as necessary and/or assigned Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Education and Training 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent field desired.
Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting ERP and SQL applications is required PLEX UX ERP and Automotive Supply Chain experience Hybrid ERP Business Analyst Recommended Skills Active Listening Administration Analytical Automotive Industry Business Process Improvement Business Processes Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
