Job Purpose:
Answering the phone and directing calls; Assist co-workers in variety of office based needs including but not limited to; customer orders, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, packing and shipping, occasional office cleaning/maintenance.
Job Duties:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Call on customers with past due payments.
Detailed documentation of call including actions items and any follow up if applicable.
Daily invoicing of outbound customer orders.
Processing customer renewal letters.
Responsible for monitoring and following up on past due customer invoices.
Assist with general office cleaning.
Additional duties as directed by management.

Flexible hours (between 9am-4pm).
4 day workweek.
15-20 hour workweek.
1 week paid (fixed 20hours) vacation after 1 year.
2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years.
